Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes widespread pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and cognitive issues (brain fog). It affects the way the brain and spinal cord process pain signals, making people more sensitive to pain.

Although the exact cause is unknown, it is believed to be linked to genetics, infections, stress, and trauma.
